Road Safety

Year 4 took part in an interactive and engaging road safety workshop. During this workshop, the children developed their skills in map reading and team work, as they were required to identify locations which they knew on the map and work out the safest way to reach Orchard Primary School from these locations. They also discussed how to avoid main roads and use zebra crossings.
