Children have already settled into their rooms and have begun their activities — archery and orienteering. Working in pairs, the children have been finding items using maps. They have developed skills such as identifying compass points, reading coordinates, and understanding what different symbols represent. They have also enjoyed archery, where they practised and developed skills such as balance, coordination, and aiming.
Children continue to have lots of fun on the giant swing, they have demonstrated great team working skills. We will have dinner at 5:30pm and then some resting time.
