Our peer mediators were incredibly busy during the Autumn term with their peer mediator training. They are now confident they know how to support their peers and younger children to resolve conflict and encourage them to play games together. Armed with their new set of skills and ideas of games, they are now out in the playground and take their roles very seriously. It is so great to see the pride they are taking.
