Today, pupils rounded off their Tenerife adventure with a well-deserved beach day at Playa El Médano. As we travelled south by coach, a surprise rain shower gave pupils the perfect chance to learn about the island’s unique microclimates—from the lush greenery of the north to the arid, sun-drenched south.
At the beach, pupils threw themselves into the fun—jumping waves, building sand-volcanoes and soaking up the sunshine with friends. Then came the most eagerly awaited treat of the trip: el helado delicioso! (delicious ice cream), followed by a lively game of volleyball at the park, where the boys showed off their competitive spirit in a fast-paced round of “keep it up” with Mr Tilden.
With bags packed and hearts full, we’re now ready to return home to London—buzzing to share our incredible experiences, new knowledge, and unforgettable memories with family and friends. ¡Hasta mañana! (See you tomorrow!)
