This week, EYFS have been exploring the seasonal changes of autumn, particularly the changing colours of the leaves. They developed their understanding of colours and colour mixing through a range of creative activities, using fine motor skills to drip coloured water onto cotton pad leaves and broccoli to dab colourful leaves onto their autumn trees. They have also been developing their mark-making and name recognition skills by finding their name cards and practising forming their names in the sand.
